Texting with Vested Soft

Texting is a free feature available to all users. Before you begin, you'll need to complete the Texting Enrollment Form and contact our support team to activate texting on your account.

Once texting has been enabled, follow the steps below to get started.

Log In

Open Vested Soft from your mobile device and sign in with your user credentials — these are the same as your web portal login.

Go to Messaging

After logging in, tap the chat bubble icon in the middle of the navigation bar to open the Messaging page.

Create a New Message

Tap the pencil icon to compose a new message.

Find a Recipient
  • To message a colleague internally, enter their extension number/name.
  • To send an SMS to an outside contact, type in their phone number.

Add the Recipient

Select the destination from the dropdown.

Send Your Message

Type your message and tap the SEND button.

Send a Photo or File (MMS)

To attach an image, tap the paperclip icon and select the file you'd like to send.
