Nova Textly Overview
Nova Textly is an SMS platform designed for broadcast messaging, blast messages, and other advanced messaging use cases.
Getting Started
If you do not yet have an account, it will need to be provisioned through our Helpdesk. Please contact support by:
- Calling 972-924-6488 and selecting option 2, or
- Emailing your request to help@vestednetworks.com
Account Activation
Once your account has been created, you will receive an email with the subject line Welcome to Nova Textly
- Open the email and select
Confirm Your Account and Set Your Password - Follow the prompts to complete your account setup
Password Reset
If you need to reset your password:
- Click
Forgot Password?on the login page - Enter your email address and follow the instructions provided
Accessing Nova Textly through the Portal
To access Nova Textly in our portal, click on Apps on the top right corner of the screen, then select Nova Textly or simply click here.
Installing the Nova Textly Mobile App
To begin, you’ll need to install the mobile application on the user’s device.
- Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for Nova Textly.
- Download and install the app.
