Installing the App

To begin, you'll first install the desktop application on the user's device.

Click the direct links below to install the app onto your desktop:

Windows

MAC

Logging In

Once you've installed and opened, open it to access the login screen.

  • Enter your username and password.
  • If you received a welcome email, use the credentials you created during that setup process.

Default Credentials

  • Username: Your extension followed by your account name
    • Example: 101@DomainName
  • Password: Vested25
    • By default, the password will be set to Vested25.

If you are unsure of your username or password, please contact your office manager or reach out to our Technical Support Center for assistance.

You can also attempt to reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? Click Here option at the login screen:

Once you've enetered your login name, click the Continue button.

Once this is done, you'll be able to check the email address assigned to your user and reset the password.
