Installing the App

To begin, you’ll need to install the mobile application on the user’s device.

  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Vested Soft.
  3. Download and install the app.

Logging In

Once the app is installed, open it to access the login screen.

  • Enter your username and password.
  • If you received a welcome email, use the credentials you created during that setup process.

Default Credentials

  • Username: Your extension followed by your account name
    • Example: 101@DomainName
  • Password: Vested25
    • By default, the password will be set to Vested25.

If you are unsure of your username or password, please contact your office manager or reach out to our Technical Support Center for assistance.

You can also attempt to reset your password by clicking on in the app.

First Login Permissions

The first time you log in, the app will request permission to access certain features on your mobile device.

  • Accept all permission requests (excluding the option for syncing your personal contacts, unless you wish to do so)

These permissions are required for the app to function properly.
