Integrator Installation
The Vested Networks Integrator (win) (mac) will integrate with many CRMs to add premium features such as logging contact history directly to a company or user, screen popping when your favorite clients call in, centralized address books, or a seamless 'live mode' that will combine the phone and CRM tools into one panel on your screen. (older integrator versions)
Note: A license is needed for installation. Please reach out to our support at 972-924-6488 and press option 2 or dial H-E-L-P (4-3-5-7) from any desk phone for assistance.
After completing the software download process, Go Integrator Nava on first launch will request an Access Code. Access code only used for the initial installation.
Access code is not case-sensitive. These access codes are for all Vested Customers

Welcome & Login
Use Nova Portal Credentials to sign in.
At the first login after installation, a list of the available telephony devices for your user account will be displayed. Click the box to enable the device to be available for use. At least one device must be selected and if multiple devices are enabled, the Preferred device can be chosen from the drop down list.
The selection can be amended after login through Configuration > Devices.
Note: The "Primary/Deskphone" device must be selected for Contacts to be displayed or searched in the Presence window. The "Softphone" device must be selected for Presence to display Busy Lamp status regardless of whether the Softphone is used or available as a Preferred Device.
The "Softphone" device will also prompt for PC audio device configuration settings – choose the appropriate audio devices for microphone, speaker and ringer.
Microsoft Teams
If "Teams" is selected, the Microsoft Teams user account will request login confirmation:

Tray Menu
Go Integrator Nava runs as a system tray program, displayed as a colored circle icon.
The icon color represents the current user status: e.g. green for ready or available status. To open the Tray menu to access tools and settings, right-click the Go Integrator icon in the system tray.
To keep the Go Integrator tray icon visible, drag and drop the icon to the taskbar
