Vested Networks Google Chrome Extension

With the Vested Networks Google Chrome extension, you will be able to use features such as click to call and screen popping integrations with your CRM.

Steps

1. Click here to add our extension to your Chrome browser
2. Click Add to Chrome
3. Once the extension has been added to your web browser, go to nova.vestednetworks.com
4. Clear your cookies for the web page
5. Click on where it shows Cookies
6. Click the  button until all of the cookies are cleared.
7. Click
8. Now refresh the web page by pressing F5, or clicking  in the top left
9. Once the page is refreshed, click on the  in the top right of your web page. Then click on our Vested Networks extension
10. Login with your NOVA web portal credentials
11. Once logged in, you will see your inbound/outbound call history, as well as missed calls
12. To adjust various settings, click on the Settings button on the bottom right
13. Here, you can tweak the extension to your liking
14. To adjust your inbound screen pop, choose from one of the CRMs listed in the drop down at the top
