How to Modify/Add Speed Dials to your Device

You can modify any of the speed dial buttons on your phone to be whatever you want. To do this, you will use Nova Designer

1.      Login to nova.vestednetworks.com and click on the Phone tab

2.     Click on the Settings Icon next to your device

3.     Click on the red YES button to launch NOVA designer

4.     Now, click on the linekey you want to add a speed dial to

5.     Click the drop down menu, and select BLF if it is for an internal extension, or Speed Dial if it is for a phone number. Enter the Phone Number in the left text box, and the label you want in the right text box

6.     Repeat the above process for each speed dial key you would like to add on your phone

7.     Once you are done with all of your adjustments, click the arrow to the right of the save button. Click on Save and Re-Sync

8.    The red status light on the top of the phone will blink, this means the phone is applying our new configuration
