Yealink USB Connect Guide
The Yealink USB Connect is used to personalize, manage, and update your Yealink headsets
Steps
1. Go to https://www.yealink.com/product/yuc and download the software to your PC.
2. Once downloaded, open the program and you will be greeting with the following screen
This is the status page, providing you information about your device 3. On the left hand side, you can click on Update Device to upgrade the devices firmware automatically
4. Device Support allows you to configure and view your device log files. The More Support tab will take you to the yealink support site
5. Device Settings is where you can adjust a plethora of settings for your headset such as volume control, mic sensitivity, status lights, and more 6. Device Recovery gives you the option to factory reset or reboot your headset
