What are Emergency Addresses?

Emergency Addresses are the physical addresses sent to First Responders. They need to be as specific as possible to ensure quick response times

Emergency Address Hierarchy

Domain Default

This will be the default address for any new user created on a domain. This will only take precedence if there is no Site or User specific Emergency Address

Site Default

This will be used as the default address for any users assigned to the Site. This will only take precedence if there is no User specific Emergency Address

User Addresses

This will be the address you specify for one user. Ideally this will be used to add specific location information for the desk phone.

Creating an Emergency Address

All Emergency Addresses should be configured through the Inventory>Emergency Addresses tab on the domain.
