Networking

IP Addresses

The following addresses must be allowed to pass through your firewall to ensure proper function of your phone systems.

Allow

Voice Traffic

  • Dallas: 216.58.152.240/28
  • Denver: 74.63.180.0/28

Fax Traffic

  • White Fax ATA: ataserver.ipfax.net & ataini.ipfax.net

Ports

The following ports must be allowed to pass through your firewall to ensure proper function of your phone systems.

Allow

SIP

  • UDP/TCP: 5060-5062 (SIP signaling)

WebSockets

  • TCP: 9002 (NOVA Web Softphone, Mobile App)

Audio/Video Transmission

  • UDP/TCP: 20000-32000 (Needed for Audio/Video streams RTP)
