Mikrotik Routers
If you do not have a dedicated IT admin, then we normally install something called a Mikrotik router.
This router has our own firewall configured on it to optimize the quality of your phone calls.
Every one of our routers should have a Vested Networks sticker on it with our support number displayed.
Please do not tamper, unplug, or rearrange anything connected to our router unless you have been instructed to do so by one of our technicians.
