The system will automatically open your newly created time frame.

- Click the Add button in the top-right corner.
- Choose the appropriate option:
- Days of the Week (for recurring schedules)
- Specific Dates (for one-time events like vacations)
- Holidays (for recurring calendar holidays)
Example: Setting a Vacation
- Choose your start date (e.g., 05/04/2026).
- Default time is 12:00 AM (to cover the full day)

You can also click the Time Frames tab at the top of the screen to confirm it has been successfully created.
Assign the Time Frame to Your User
- Navigate to your user settings.
- Click Add Rule (top-right corner).
- Select your newly created time frame from the dropdown.
- Choose how calls should be handled during this time frame:
- Do Not Disturb (blocks calls), or
- Call Forwarding → Select Always
Answering Rule Priority Order
- Ensure your new time frame is listed above the Default time frame.
- The Default time frame cannot be removed and must remain at the bottom.
- Time frames are processed top-down, so higher ones take priority.
Final Notes
- Your time frame will only show as Active during the scheduled dates/times.
- If it shows Expired, it simply means there are no upcoming dates—add new ones as needed.
- Voicemail greetings do not follow time frames and cannot be scheduled.
